Mobile Kiln Services

Included in the service

Our mobile kilns come to your land and process your waste where it falls — turning forestry slash, dry wood, and harvest waste into biochar while sequestering up to 18 tonnes of CO₂ daily.

  • 3 tonnes processed per burn, two burns daily Mon–Fri

  • 15-year discharge-to-air consents for Tairāwhiti and Wairoa

  • Based in Tolaga Bay, Ruatoria and Mahia — all three deployable for big jobs

  • Every job requires a signed JSA and deposit before we start

Downsizing large logs to required diameter priced separately.

Cost - $125.35 per tonne (incl GST)


One-Year Job Readiness Training Programme

The key objectives of the programme are

  • Ensure the well being of grassroots community members through equal access to opportunities despite age, gender, background, or qualifications.

  • Provide continuing mentoring and support to ensure holistic well-being and confidence-building.

  • Retool and Upskill people within our community so that children, youth and the entire community benefit and thrive.

  • Provide hands-on grassroots community members with job readiness and training opportunities that will result in employment.

  • $150 000 - $200 000 per group of 6 participants (incl GST).


One to four-day Climate Change and Soil Health Workshops

Free (Theory and Practice) Workshop

  • Support basic and practical gardening, food growing and agricultural skills in schools and community gardens by using biochar fertilizer as a teaching tool for climate resilience, soil science, soil health, and food sovereignty.

  • Build carbon sinks in schools and grassroots communities.

  • Support grassroot community garden set up.
