Plain Biochar
$34.50

Think of plain biochar as the ultimate blank canvas for your soil. It's pure carbon — a highly porous structure that acts like a sponge for nutrients, moisture and microbial life. Unlike chemical fertiliser that feeds your plants once and disappears, biochar sticks around for decades, quietly improving your soil every season.

This is the one for gardeners and farmers who want to charge it themselves — using compost, seaweed, leaf tea, or whatever inputs work best for your land. You're in control of what goes in. Or use it as a feed supplement for livestock and poultry; biochar is well regarded for gut health and reducing methane in animals.

Organic Biochar Fertilizer
$103.50

Your soil has been through a lot. Chemical fertilisers, compaction, erosion — it's taken a hammering. This is how you start giving it back. Our organic biochar fertiliser is plain biochar that's been charged with organic raised sheep manure slurry, creating a living, nutrient-dense amendment that works with your soil biology rather than against it.

Chemical fertilisers flush through and are gone in a season. This stays. The biochar structure locks in nutrients and microbial activity for 20 to 30 years, meaning every bag you put down is a long-term investment in the health of your land — not just a quick fix.

Smokeless Charcoal Briquettes
$46.00

Firewood smokes. Cheap charcoal is unpredictable. These do neither. Our smokeless briquettes are engineered from biochar to burn cleaner, hotter and longer than anything you'd pull off a supermarket shelf — and they're better for the planet while they're at it.

Each 2.5-inch square briquette burns for six hours in a closed environment — a fireplace, a grill, a barbecue stand. No flame, just sustained high heat. That means no flare-ups, no babysitting, and no acrid smoke filling your space. They work indoors and out, which makes them as useful for a winter fireplace as they are for a summer barbecue.

Sixty briquettes per 10KG box. One box is a weekend covered.

Bulk Plain Biochar

When the scale of the problem is big, the solution needs to match. Our bulk plain biochar is for farms, large properties and land managers who need to move at scale — flood mitigation, large composting operations, substantial livestock operations, or anyone building a serious soil programme from the ground up.

At this quantity, you're not just improving a garden bed — you're changing the character of your land. Applied correctly, biochar improves water retention, reduces runoff and erosion risk, supports microbial populations, and creates the conditions for productive land for a generation.

WHAT YOU GET

Five tonnes of plain, uncharged biochar — ready to charge with your own inputs or use directly. No additives. Clean carbon from forestry slash, processed on-site by our mobile kilns.

GOOD FOR

BULK

Bulk Organic Biochar

One hectare. That's what a single 5-tonne application covers — a paddock, a crop field, an orchard, a forestry woodlot, or public and private land that's been battered by floods, slips and silt. This is land restoration at a meaningful scale.

Our organic biochar fertiliser combines the long-term structural benefits of biochar with the immediate nutritional hit of organic sheep manure — creating a one-two punch that works fast and keeps working. Where land has been slipped or eroded, it stabilises and restores. Where soil is nutrient-poor, it enriches. Where water retention is poor, it holds.

Unlike chemical fertilisers that leach away in the first rain, what you put down with this product stays in your soil for 20 to 30 years. This is not a maintenance cost — it's a land asset.

WHAT YOU GET

Five tonnes of biochar charged with organic sheep manure slurry. Heavy metals tested by Scion Research. Cleaner than synthetic fertilisers and built to last.

GOOD FOR

Cropping · Orchards · Vineyards · Forestry woodlots · Paddocks · Riparian margins · Slip and erosion repair · Any nutrient-deficient or flood-prone land.

Price excludes delivery.

Mobile Carbonisation Kiln

Icon of mobile kiln

Think of it like buying a Swiss Army knife for land — except this one turns your biggest problem (slash, waste wood, organic debris) into your most valuable asset.

For the forestry industry and landowners. Slash piles up, and becomes a cost and liability, and a resource that could be doing real work just sits there rotting or burning badly. This kiln changes that equation — for your land, your people, and your books.

Built from heavy-gauge steel with a 1.5m by 3.5m capacity, our mobile carbonisation kiln is designed to go where the waste is. No trucking slash off-site. No expensive logistics. You park it 1000 metres away from sensitive receptors on any flat 20m by 20m area — a skid site, a paddock, wherever the job is — fire it up, and turn the problem into a product.

Two burns a day, Monday to Friday. Each burn processes three tonnes of dry waste and produces biochar you can sell or use on your own land. The kiln reaches temperatures up to 1,600°C, and every day of operation sequesters between 18 and 27 tonnes of CO2 — a credible carbon story in a world that increasingly demands one.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Forestry woodlot owners and forestry management companies looking to turn a compliance headache into a revenue stream. Commercial farmers and land managers wanting biochar production on their terms. Community enterprises building local capacity and employment around sustainable land management.

WHAT YOU GET

One steel mobile carbonisation kiln, 1.5m x 3.5m capacity. Produced to order once material deposit is received.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

If you're based in the Tairāwhiti or Wairoa region, talk to us about leasing access to our existing 15-year global discharge to air resource consent — it may save you significant time and cost.
